Thank you for taking the time to review our nursery and for your 4 and 5-star ratings for our Ofsted-rated ‘Outstanding’ day nursery. This is a source of great pride to the staff team. Unfortunately, due to strict Health and Safety regulations, we are not able to accommodate all parents' wishes but, I believe, we have worked hard to address and learn from the concerns you have expressed in all our meetings and conversations during the last year.
