Thank you for your review, we appreciate your feedback. <br>Our fees remain payable on bank holidays in order for us to continue to pay our staff as well as covering general building costs such as rent. We do, however, offer a 15% discount on fees for these days.<br>As a group, we are always trying to improve our communication with our families.
