Please accept our most sincere apologies for the error made with your daughter's dietary requirements; we know that the nursery team were extremely upset to have made this error and have personally apologised, however, we fully accept that this is something that should not have happened. Since the incident, we have made changes to our nursery food/dietary check procedures to ensure that as far as we are able the probability of human error is mitigated. These procedures have also recently been reviewed, updated and are in place across all our settings.
