The early years are the most joyous and we strive to help them create many moments of awe and wonder so they can grow and thrive through the use of their imaginations, creativity and curiosity. We always endeavour to keep our staff and they are all happy as part of our Kindred family. Unfortunately, some do move on for personal reasons or being in a place in their lives where they want to try something different.
