Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We have been through all your emails with the nursery manager and seen your reviews. We do wish your child all the best with his nursery journey after you chose a nursery that was closer to your home, but as you are aware this nursery does not offer a fully funded place and a full-time place was reserved for your child with the non-refundable registration fee in place. Unfortunately, registration fees are not refundable at any of our nurseries.<br><br>Our complaints department are happy to discuss this review and complaint further.
