We’re sorry to read your review. We try to communicate our ethos around child-led play, and we are sorry in this case that this hasn’t been effective. Child-led play allows children the freedom to follow their interests and put them at the forefront of their own learning. This is supported by interactions with staff who use their knowledge to develop learning further. <br>We have been working hard on parent partnerships in recent months, introducing newsletters, message boards, and improved communication through iConnect (our online portal) and we also held a lovely Graduation ceremony for the children leaving for ‘big’ school, which was greatly appreciated by parents.<br>The rooms are equipped with appropriately sized equipment and resources. The bathrooms that the children use is not in view of the general public and additional low-level toilet roll holders have been added. We have enjoyed having your little one here and wish her well in her school journey.
