I appreciate that to have brilliant reviews I have to acknowledge that there may be occasions when we don't get it right. However, this review is totally unfair. The parent asked for a place, I sent all the info via email and text...no response so sent more emails. The parent did eventually respond and promised payment of fees on several occasions. The child started but the parent kept forgetting her registration document which should have triggered alarm bells. The child then missed a session so I contacted the parent who responded they were celebrating a festival. The child then got poorly but I offered to start the fee period from when she returned after her illness which I feel was a very kind gesture. I also offered various payment options to help her. The parent did not respond to the last text so terminated the place and did not charge any fees. Her last email to me was to apologise and to thank me for being so kind and helpful.
