We're sorry to read your review. We have been very open with parents that over the last few months, we’ve struggled with recruitment, along with the entire industry. As a company we have put additional management in place, to support the team through this difficult time. We are working hard to ensure that all the children get the best possible care and support whilst at the setting, for some children this can be in the form of external agencies supporting. All concerns are taken seriously, investigated, and dealt with appropriately. We wish your daughter happiness in her school life, and she will be dearly missed.
