We have recently changed our nursery software management system to enable better communications for parents and clearer billing. In terms of staffing we have had some changes in staffing due to bereavement where we gave staff extended compassionate leave.<br>We did reach out to you separately to invite you to make a formal complaint as this would enable us to carry out a formal investigation, however you declined.
