Whilst we welcome all feedback from parents your review contains many factual inaccuracies and omissions. At Abeona all we ask is that parents pay for the childcare they have received and read their statements.  <br>Both anomalies were spotted by the nursery.  As a nursery dealing with all the parents on the roll, we will never be as familiar as each parent with their payment patterns and frequencies. The two anomalies should have been obvious when reading the statements. <br>On both occasions, you were afforded many weeks to respond with a payment plan let alone pay.  In the absence of a response, like every single childcare provider in the UK, we have no option but to withdraw childcare.  <br>The owner of the company is not an IT consultant but works full-time on all aspects of running the nursery.<br>You neglected in your review to mention that you were given a month’s free childcare as a gesture of goodwill, which you seemed grateful for at the time.
