We are pleased to hear that your child has enjoyed her time at our nursery.<br><br>We work hard to ensure that we have well-qualified and experienced staff across all our nurseries. We also ensure that when each child transitions to their next room, they are placed in the capable hands of a dedicated key carer, who specialises in that particular age range. This approach prioritises continuity of care as well as nurturing individual growth and development. This may mean, however, that there will be changes in a child’s key carer as they progress through the nursery.<br><br>The Additional Service Charge covers items which are not covered by the Government funding scheme, such as the cost of meals, nappies (where applicable), extra activities and suncream etc. <br><br>We appreciate your feedback once again, and we do wish your child all the best when starting reception soon.
