With regards to the doorbell, it is unfortunately an ongoing issue we are having although it has been changed several times. I endeavour to be at the reception most of the time but there will be occasions when I am required to step away to support in the rooms. We do have a sign up with the nursery number for those occasions, so that parents are not having to wait for long periods of time to enter the building. I am always happy to receive any feedback of how the service we provide to you can be improved. So, feel free to stop and have a chat with me anytime.
