We're sorry to read your review and hear your experience whilst at the nursery.<br><br>We have been very open with parents that over the last few months, we’ve struggled with recruitment, like the entire industry.  Whilst we have a number of new staff starters, we do acknowledge our priorities have been with the children and our admin tasks have slipped.<br><br>We are delighted to confirm though as part of the new starter induction, parental feedback will be high on the agenda.<br><br>The Senior Team is also working closely with all staff to improve their communications with parents and give more in-depth feedback at the end of the day. Whilst 1 on 1 feedback can never be replaced you may have noticed the introduction of new communication boards for each Nursery Room.<br><br>Children do undertake regular visits to the farm and we're sorry the detail of this wasn’t communicated. As part of their visits, however, the children do also visit the soft play.  <br><br>We are really sorry you have left us.
