As children have free access to the garden, it is hard to keep the floors mud-free despite staff sweeping floors throughout the day. Aside from the mud, the rooms are not in any way dirty. We also have plans to install Astroturf, which will improve the situation.<br>We understand your frustration with staff turnover. While we strive for consistency, recent departures, due to genuine reasons such as maternity, have been communicated to parents. Since the appointment of our Room Leader, there have been improvements, and we are actively working on maintaining a stable team.<br>We appreciate your honesty and want to assure you that we are committed to continuous improvement.
