We have now developed verbal modelling through our Nature and Thrive training for all staff and currently have government funding through the DFE who we have signed up with to support our children's learning. We use the development matters modelling of developing our children's learning experience. We appreciate this feedback which will assist with supporting staff to be more aware of the communication and language experiences for our children. <br>We are a small setting and have found that the children are a lot calmer going home when parents arrive. Previously, parents used to arrive at the same time to collect their children which made the nursery very crowded and extremely noisy at the end of each day. Children rightly so are very excited to see their parents/carers at the end of each day. We have kept this process in place which has provided a calmer handover experience. We are happy to welcome parents into our setting at any time if they would like to come in.
