We are very sorry that you have decided to take your child out of our Nursery.  All such incidents that arise are taken extremely seriously and this situation was thoroughly investigated, assessed and discussed with both parties. Please note that our nursery cameras are in place for parents to see their children in the base room and we do not use cameras in areas where children are not based. We do have a formal Complaints Procedure if you would like to use this.
