Recruitment as an industry is particularly challenging and we work hard to retain our staff team to keep consistency for all our children. <br><br>We do have a SEN team within our setting who work closely with our children with additional needs, parents, and outside organisations. Specific training around Autism for our staff is also provided to support their knowledge in this area for our children with additional needs.  <br><br>We are sorry you felt there was a lack of communication from our management team, parent partnership is very important to us, and we work hard to build a trusting relationship with all our parents and welcome any feedback which could improve relationships. <br><br>Should you wish to discuss your feedback further, please get in touch and a Senior member of our team will be more than happy to discuss this with you.
