I would like to respond to your review. Firstly the last 3 years have been extremely demanding following COVID for everyone and I am very pleased to hear that our staff continued to provide an amazing service to you and your children - thank you for your comments I will certainly pass your comments to them. The sector has experienced unprecedented staffing issues, and I am hopeful we are seeing light at the end of the tunnel. I, personally, have always strived and will continue to provide parents with the support that a childcare nursery is able to and in particular we, as a nursery, held a 5-day space open for you as a family whilst only charging for a 3-day space to allow for different working patterns to your Husband's working week. It seems strange that this review of Over the Moon is being posted 4 months after you have left and I would have appreciated being given the opportunity to address your misgivings prior to this review being posted.
