Thank you for your kind review. <br>Your children are the most important thing to you, and you as a parent need to feel happy when you leave them in our care that they are safe, happy and having fun. We endeavour to be that home-from-home environment where your son can come and be part of our family. Within this, he can develop and learn through play creating moments of awe and wonder whilst growing and thriving. You are correct that, unfortunately, there is an industry shortage of key worker practitioners, and we do all we can to ensure our staff are happy and cared for and want to stay doing the amazing job they do; however, for some, it is time to move on. Good communication is key, and we will strive to ensure this is built on and the level is as high as it is in our other Kindred nurseries.
