We take every complaint very seriously and follow our complaints policy to ensure things are dealt with satisfactorily. All the allegations made were thoroughly investigated and we watched hundreds of hours of CCTV footage from the day you joined our setting and found that every issue raised was untrue. The relevant authorities as per our safeguarding policy were involved and did not uphold any of your complaints also.<br><br>One of your requests would have required us to compromise our integrity which we were not willing to do. What is so sad to see is your vindictiveness knowing full well that most of your allegations have been made up.<br><br>As a new setting, just like a newborn, we are developing and making improvements through our daily reflective practice. However, we have always met all our legal obligations. We have gone beyond any requirement for parents' partnership and ALL our existing parents attest to the support and quality of care they continue to receive from us.
