Times have been really hard over the last few years and it is now our job, alongside the parents to ensure the children are being fully supported after having little socialisation and interaction for a long period of time.<br>Our focus is for children to build relationships with the staff and each other and when we start to see confidence develop in each child it really does allow us to encourage the child to engage more and be happy in their environment.
