Thank you for your feedback. We love to hear when parents are happy with the education and care provided. We are sorry that sometimes it is hard to send home more detailed information and we do look at ways to improve on this. We aways prioritise the care of the child over paperwork and the new Early Years Framework specifies that nurseries should spend less time doing paperwork, so that practitioners can spend more of their time quality interacting with the children in their care.
