We are sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, and as clearly stated in our terms and conditions sent out and signed by parents on admission, we are not always able to swap sessions at short notice. The nursery was at full capacity on the day requested and we were unable to accommodate the change of your pre-booked session.
We are more than happy to discuss the review with you, and a senior member of our team will contact you privately to do so.
