Thank you for your feedback. We are very lucky to have such a dedicated and hard-working team at CCN. In regards to cleanliness: with parents coming and going at pick-up times the hallway floors can get mucky (especially in the winter) so I will pass your feedback on to our cleaner, however, these areas are deep cleaned at night for the following day. We have a few winter bugs going around just now and we try to keep on top of the runny noses, I will ask the team to be extra vigilant. We are surprised to hear you think our garden area needs upgrading as this is rated one of our best features in other reviews, our gardens are continually upgraded throughout the year to match the children's interests and playing styles at the time. We have a suggestion box within the nursery though if you have ideas on what could be added to our outdoor areas.
