Thank you for your review, we are glad that your child thrived in our setting. At New Birth, we have an open-door policy where parents can talk to management at any time they need to. All feedback and communication are given to parents through their child's key worker each day and through our app. You are also able to find information in our Monthly newsletters; we do not recall there being a time when we did not respond to any queries you may have had and we also do not recall a time a member of staff had not been friendly. We are very sorry to hear you had this experience.
