We are incredibly saddened to read your review, it is not the service we wish to provide. Sadly, as you have correctly stated we are having to close rooms due to shortages in our workforce. Above anything, as always, we have to put our children first and never compromise on their safety. We are unable to open if we do not have enough staff to safely care for our children. We regret the disruption this causes our parents, but we cannot compromise on safety. We are progressing with our recruitment strategy to ensure we resolve these issues moving forward. It has been a pleasure having your child at our nursery and we are truly saddened to have caused you disruption.
