Thank you for your second review.<br>1. We are sorry to hear that you have felt that children are left crying. Children do cry at the nursery however we do not leave them unattended or not comforted as this is the basic duty of care we can provide for our little students.<br>2. We apologise again if you felt that the communication with management was poor. To our understanding, you are referring to a time when the nursery didn't have an internet connection to get back to your email. Unfortunately, technical problems like that are out of our control and we are sorry this impacted your experience with us.<br>3. We have specific policies in place including a behaviour policy that the nursery follows. If we have to discuss any issues with the parents of the child/ren that display challenging behaviour, that would be private and you would not be aware of it.<br>4. Yes, our staff team work really hard and we acknowledge that and ensure that we provide the best working environments for our staff teams.
