We pride ourselves on the care we offer and staff ability to identify gaps in learning and SEMH and put in steps to help children meet their potential. In this case, we observed very disruptive behaviour which became unsafe for other children, so tried multiple approaches, including asking for support from IDS.
The relationship broke down despite us contacting you to give you daily updates, including many times when things were going well. Our SEND support team have many years of experience and we would be happy to talk to you about this.
Once again, we are very sorry if you feel our service did not meet your expectations. We are pleased to hear that your daughter is thriving at her new setting, and your son, who continued attending this nursery for a period after your daughter left.
