As a nursery we feel we have gone above and beyond to meet your requirements, including individual meetings with myself, as part of the Head Office team, and the Nursery Manager to see how best we could accommodate you. However, as a nursery provider, we have strict ratios to adhere to for the safety of our children as explained in the meeting and unfortunately were not able to fulfil your request. Our nursery has coded doors, covered by CCTV, and can only be operated via approved personnel. We offer a varied menu that has both options of meat and a meat substitute which caters to the requirements of all our children. Invoices are sent via a secure pathway and only to the recipient they are addressed to; you were also advised that this was an error on our part.
