We acknowledge that our communications with all parents on our waiting list at the time you refer to did not meet our usual standards and have taken measures to ensure that this does not happen in the future. We have now made changes to all waiting list administration procedures to ensure that parents are given as much notice as possible if we are unable to meet their needs. We fully accept that there were failings, and we are doing all we can to improve all communication with parents.
