Thank you for your kind words about our staff and your appreciation of the level of support we have provided. <br>Communication is an important aspect of nursery life and we take your comment into consideration. We have a robust communication system in place and we will look to make it even better. We currently send out daily comments from each room manager, weekly updates from the manager, monthly newsletters and we most recently held a parents' evening. This is alongside the daily feedback, learning stories etc. We shall check your account to ensure that these communications are not being missed. <br>We regularly review our management team to make sure that they are visible and accessible to our families. At present, the setting manager greets all children into the setting and we are available in the office, on hand in the evenings to assist with parent queries and helping with letting parents/carers in and out of the setting.
