Thank you for your comment. <br>However, it’s important to highlight that we did have a meeting with you in which we discussed the accident. We talked about the fall accident in the garden and how devastated and sorry our member of staff involved in the incident was. She checked the child over, and at that point could not see any visible injuries and believed the child was well so she offered him cuddles and comfort. The child happily continued wandering around the garden. Obviously, we later learned this was not the case. Ofsted was informed and we worked with them to revise our practice. We once again apologise that your child’s experience with us ended in such a sad circumstance but wish him all the best in the future.
