I am glad that generally you are happy with the service. Unfortunately our building doesn't structurally allow for separate rooms, but we can assure you that activities are planned in accordance with children's interests and their individual experiences are tailored to according to their developmental stage and their needs. In terms of the queue, we accept children at 9am on the dot and equally try and release children as quickly as possible at 3pm.  Please note you are able to collect slightly earlier if you wish as some parents do.<br><br>I can see from your low scores there appear to be many areas where we are failing to meet your requirements. Please be reminded I have an open-door policy and you are free to discuss any issues with me at any time, equally, if you would like to arrange an appointment, that is something I am more than happy to do, as your scoring doesn't meet the standards we have set for ourselves.<br><br>Warm Regards<br><br>Jay
