I am sorry that you view things in this manner but this is simply not the truth. This is not the forum for this issue. We are a very flexible and accommodating setting... as you well know first hand over the past 3yrs. It just so happens that because we have not been able to accommodate your change at 2 days notice (due to the legalities of staff ratios) that this has arisen. We tried to explain the funding to you but this is something that cannot be used on a 'drop in service' basis. At the end of the day we were not able to accommodate the change and your understanding of how the funding works is not correct. What you wanted was not what we could accommodate so it made best sense for you and for your little boy to utilise a setting that could accommodate your needs. It makes best use of the funding too. We are happy to transfer the funding. To then write such a review... after all we have done over 3 yrs is vindictive. We wish you and your family well and I am saddened at the outcome.
