We realise how important our staff are, which is why we have invested in a highly qualified team, with regular feedback sessions and training- they certainly are the real heroes!<br>We also took the decision to operate a professionally run kitchen rather than prepacked meals that are microwaved. We use fresh ingredients each day and issue a menu each Friday for the following week.
