Thank you for such a nice review about the quality of our childcare. It is great to hear how much your daughter enjoys our nursery and the wonderfully varied activities, on which our staff work so hard to deliver. <br>We are very conscious of the inconvenience to parents when the nursery has to close at short notice and do everything we can to avoid this. These incidences are few and far between (1.5 days in 4 years). <br>These have been for matters outside our control and never for reasons of staff shortages (heat wave last summer & burst pipe this winter). We make absolutely no cost savings on these days (not even food, which is pre-ordered) so are not profiting at parents' expense. Indeed, we have invested further in our nursery after each episode to prevent a recurrence, including having recently installed a modern air conditioning unit to future-proof our setting against further heat waves. <br>Thank you for taking the time to write a review.
