Thank you for your kind comments about our staff team, however I don't understand why the low rating has then been given against them.<br>We pride ourselves massively on safeguarding, teaching and learning (activities, resources, equipment). We plough lots of funding into this area and cover safeguarding every month in depth at our meetings, not to mention 3 external training days a year and having 3 onsite DSL's. We have maintained our cleaner at nursery for a long time and our cook has been with us for many years, providing healthy, home cooked meals in line with early years wellbeing agency guidance. However, with your review in mind we will strive to give you the experience at Blossoms we give all of our families.
