Thank you for taking the time to bring your experience to our attention, we take all feedback very seriously. It is unfortunate that a long series of events has resulted in your grandson, not being able to continue his education with us. We had been asking for your grandson's funding code over a period of three months, from the first visit in November. Frequent requests were made face to-face, by phone and also by email. We are very sorry that the deadline date, given to us by Essex County Council to claim the funding, was not met. This resulted in us having to give the space to another child on our waiting list.
