Everything is about communication, we focus on developing early communication with our Crafty Wizards and aim to have open communication with parents, outside agencies and between our staff team to provide the best opportunities for all. Our team has daily morning briefings to keep staff informed about our Crafty Wizards, activities and much more. Management provides a wide array of training opportunities for the team and doors are always open for a private chat with key people in management. It is heart-warming to read that you chose to move your son to Crafty Wizards. Please do let friends and family know about what we offer, as a small set of nurseries we rely on positive word of mouth as the large nursery chains have larger budgets for marketing as we offer a very high percentage of free entitlement places for our local community.
