Thank you for your time in writing your review, though we do appreciate your thoughts, we would have liked to have had the opportunity to discuss this with you in our parents' discussion meetings. As a setting we were very disappointed with the outcome of our inspection, we have a strong leadership team that profusely challenged the outcome and statements. Our setting offers exceptional childcare, we will be re-inspected and achieve a grading of good as many elements within our inspection referred to good practice being observed. We are committed to raising standards and delivering outcomes for our children. We have a comprehensive improvement plan and we are pleased to have the continual support of parental involvement working with our new manager committed to our nursery maintaining positive relationships and sharing ideas that will ultimately secure best practice.  <br>We wish you well and hope that your little ones' future experiences will be as positive as they should be.
