Whilst disappointing that you have chosen to ignore our replies and instead write a review, we do urge you to consider the points you raise.
As explained, we completed an investigation into your feedback and sincerely apologise if you did not feel you received a good service, however we have detailed that your claims were simply unsupported through our childcare system and CCTV evidence.
A late fee was applied after several late arrivals which we explained is hugely disruptive to the children in our care, however we have agreed to remove this even after Reviewing CCTV, where its clear that your lateness was not related to any door issues which we also explained in the email.
You also note planned activities which we had explained has always been on display in the room for you to view and plays a huge part in our setting. We always receive such great feedback about our activities and routine and your child was making great progress and starting to settle at nursery.
