We are shocked you have used this platform to exercise your anger and upset. You stopped using our services back in July 2022. We were very confused why would you 4 months on give such unkind and untruthful review.
LRN contacted you to discuss this further, you made it clear you in-fact had received your deposit, no professional had shouted at your child, and you were happy with the service at the time. However, you stated that you were angry and upset still to date, because LRN did not facilitate or extend the nursery space for a month after your notice was received.
LRN was never under the impression this had upset you so much. We again explained our reasons. LRN has a waiting list and once the 4 weeks' notice is given the place is allocated to a new family. It would have been unjust if we now said to our new family, we were unable to offer them their space until the following month. Please note all the arrangements had been put in place, settling in completed, transition from home to nursery had been completed. It would have been unprofessional from LRN to now go back on what had been discussed and finalised with this family. We were put in a very difficult position at the time. Please note, you requested extension on your notice period just before your agreed end date.
Again, we were never aware that you were this upset, it was never our intention to upset you or make you feel we didn't do our best to facilitate or extend your notice if we could.
