Apologies if after only a few weeks with us you feel that things have turned rocky and some aspects are not to your satisfaction. This is never our intention. We've had some issues with the online learning journal meaning updates have been tricky to upload. I've contacted the appropriate team to raise this and it is an ongoing issue for all subscribers, not just us. We provide nappies for the children and usually size these to the children individually to ensure the best fit. I have spoken to the team and ensured that they are all aware of your nappy size preference so hopefully this has been resolved. I am saddened to hear that you feel rushed. Drop-offs do tend to be more swift than collection although this supports children to settle more quickly. On collection, we try to ensure all parents/carers are spoken to directly regarding their child's day and any other relevant information.
