All our staff undergo induction and continuous professional development training, while most also hold relevant EY qualifications. Children are introduced to a range of activities each day that help them develop whilst learning through play-based experiences which you can see in our parent's app. Our CCTV footage shows your child having many interactions confidently with peers and adults and that he was not in any kind of distress while with us. Nappy changes are done regularly throughout the day which you can see in the parent's app. We are aware of 5 emails from yourself, 4 of which had replies sent, and a face-to-face meeting was held. We find the claim of heavy-handed staff to be completely unfounded and of which no evidence has been provided. We strongly refute this allegation, which has been particularly upsetting for our staff, who strive to provide a welcoming and safe setting for our children.
