Unfortunately, we feel this review is about money.  We have a 4-week settling-in period and the child did not complete it - mum was always happy on collection - no complaints made until a refund not offered. The complaint was that child had become anxious and yet the mum was so pleased on the child's last session as it was great. We then received an email slandering the nursery which was replied to with factual information and advice to call Ofsted to clarify. Really disappointing after the staff all supported child - the grandmother only met once.
