We strive to provide an excellent quality of care at tiny teddies day nursery.
The baby room member of staff gives detailed feedback daily and communicates effectively with parents/carers.
We do have exclusion policies in place for illness which we do have to follow, as does any other childcare provider.
The children are provided with breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack and a tea.
We have long-standing staff at tiny teddies, the manager has been with us for 17 years, and the deputy manager over 10 years.
You did inform us of your reasons for leaving the nursery, which we appreciated.
We don’t have any record of any formal complaints made by yourself, however once again we are sorry that you feel the experience did not meet your expectations.
