Thank you for taking your time to bring your experience to our attention, I am sorry that you feel that you have had a negative experience.<br>We strive to provide an excellent quality of care at tiny teddies day nursery. <br>The baby room member of staff gives detailed feedback daily and communicates effectively with parents/carers. <br>We do have exclusion policies in place for illness which we do have to follow, as does any other childcare provider. <br>The children are provided with breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack and a tea. <br>We have long-standing staff at tiny teddies, the manager has been with us for 17 years, and the deputy manager over 10 years. <br>You did inform us of your reasons for leaving the nursery, which we appreciated. <br>We don’t have any record of any formal complaints made by yourself, however once again we are sorry that you feel the experience did not meet your expectations.
