I’m very sorry that you are disappointed in our inability to provide all-year-round additional 1:1 support for your son. We would have much preferred to provide all-year-round support, but as we explained, were only able to recruit someone to provide the 1:1 hours on a term-time only basis, and, as you know, we funded some of the additional support hours ourselves. We’re very pleased that you have now found somewhere that can offer your son additional support all year round but would like to say that we did our very best in a difficult climate for recruitment in the early years' sector.
