As explained during this time the accident your child, unfortunately, had when they slipped on an Astroturf hump at the setting happened within a very short period prior to your arrival and this was being dealt with at the time by our team when you entered the setting.<br>The team at Best Friends works extremely hard to ensure all our families receive the very best care at all times and we retain the excellent reputation we have worked so hard to gain.
