We are sorry to hear about your experience at Fatemah Nursery which you have only expressed after your two children had a successful learning journey through a period of Birth to School age.
COVID-19 was nationalised as a global pandemic since 2019 and continues to be part of our everyday lives. During this uncertain time Fatemah Nursery was a support system for all our customers and ultimately our children including those in our local borough.
All educational settings including Fatemah Nursery had to make difficult but important safe choices; this was implemented via our contingency plan through the local authority which included staggered drop off and collection times to support the government in social distancing but not inconveniencing our customers by having to wait.
The evidence shows that with the staggered timings selected by our customers there was a no wait to insignificant time of waiting.
To support child/children in maintaining a regular routine or pattern we follow a synopsis. This synopsis allows a smooth transition for the child/children in understanding a routine and following the Early Years Curriculum. Customers are able to collect their children at whatever time they wish.
We have two onsite storage facilities accessible to all customers.
Naptime for children at the Nursery is a positive transition. It is communicated by parents to settings regarding their preference and if any change occurs we communicate with parents. We take Parent's consent in these and all matters seriously under the Safeguarding Act.
The opinion mentioned in the review regarding finances, furlough, service and care is untrue. For customers that wish for detailed information regarding our service and care we recommend that this review is not taken in good faith as it is to the contrary.
We pride ourselves in a 30 years running setting with our latest achievements as 'outstanding'.
