We are sorry to hear that you experienced a problem with relation to our email system and feel that our communication could have been better, at the time we felt that the in-person meetings, phone calls and daily handover chats with the playroom staff and management team would have communicated any concerns and progress effectively and provided an opportunity for you to voice any concerns of your own, but we will take your feedback regarding our emails on board.
